This is a 6-month temporary position offering a flexible part-time role (approximately 20 hours per week), with working hours between 8:30 a.m. and 8:00 p.m., Monday to Saturday, no shift work or mandatory weekends, allowing you to balance your professional drive with your personal life.

What is Telemarketing at Lookiero Outfittery Group?

As a Telemarketing Agent, you will:

• Call our existing customers on behalf of our stylists and use your sales skills to inspire them to order their next OUTFITTERY box.

• Aim to maximize customer retention, ensuring as many items as possible are kept (minimising cancellations or full returns).

• Work in a telephone-based sales channel, clearly distinct from styling and customer service.

• Focus conversations on motivating customers to receive a new shipment, showcasing trends, collections, and styling options.

• Bring a high level of self-motivation and persistence to achieve your goals.

What will your challenge be?

● Outbound customer activation (B2C, existing customers)
● Inspire customers to place another order
● Discuss current needs and preferences
● Inspire through new trends and collections
● Document conversations
● Create orders in the system, including customer preferences
● Verify customer data (clothing size, etc.)

What will make you succeed?

• Native level of German

• Reliability and planning ability, strong communication skills, and an appropriate manner of expression

• Friendly and customer-oriented communication

Was bedeutet Telemarketing bei der Lookiero Outfittery Group?
Als Telemarketing Agent wirst du:

• Unsere bestehenden Kundinnen im Auftrag unserer Stylistinnen anrufen und mit deinen Vertriebsfähigkeiten dazu inspirieren, ihre nächste OUTFITTERY-Box zu bestellen.

• Darauf abzielen, die Kundentreue zu maximieren und sicherzustellen, dass möglichst viele Artikel behalten werden (Minimierung von Stornierungen oder Komplett-Retouren).

• In einem telefonbasierten Vertriebskanal arbeiten, klar getrennt von Styling und Kundenservice.

• Gespräche darauf ausrichten, Kund*innen zu motivieren, eine neue Lieferung zu erhalten, indem du Trends, Kollektionen und Styling-Optionen präsentierst.

• Ein hohes Maß an Eigenmotivation und Durchhaltevermögen mitbringen, um deine Ziele zu erreichen.

Was wird deine Herausforderung sein?

• Outbound-Kundenaktivierung (B2C, Bestandskund*innen)

• Kund*innen dazu inspirieren, erneut zu bestellen

• Aktuelle Bedürfnisse und Vorlieben besprechen

• Durch neue Trends und Kollektionen begeistern
