You will be responsible for leading planning processes, developing strategic forecasts, and acting as a true business partner to the different areas of the company

🔑 What You’ll Do:
Planning & Forecast Development
Support the creation of the annual business plan.
Generate short and long-term forecasts to support strategic initiatives and decision-making.
Prepare scenario analysis to assess the impact of market changes, pricing, or operational adjustments.
Operational Business Partnering
Act as a cross-functional business partner, collaborating with all teams to ensure alignment between forecasts, planning inputs, and business objectives.
Lead the recurring quarterly latest view process, ensuring all steps are followed consistently and deadlines are met.
Update forecasts regularly based on new data, business inputs, or other market conditions.
Monitor key performance indicators and develop structured reporting materials that support the detection of deviations vs. planned outcomes, highlighting significant gaps or emerging trends.
Share insights and recommendations clearly to key stakeholders and leadership teams.
🎯 What You Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in finance related fields (Finance, Economics, etc)
At least 2/3 years in Finance, Strategy or Transaction Advisory departments, with solid background in developing business plan models and leading planning processes.
Experience in a start-up environment is a plus.
Solid knowledge of financial analysis and accounting.
Be fluent in written and spoken English.
Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with problem-solving focus.
A strong domain of the Office package.
